Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Rawaas LLC ("we", "us") for using the AlQass app and alqass.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them and to our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility and account

  • You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age in your country. If you are under the age of majority, you use the Service with a parent's or guardian's permission.
  • One account per person. You're responsible for your account, everything done with it, and keeping your sign-in secure.
  • Your account is personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.
  • Your display name and picture must not be offensive, misleading or impersonate someone else.

2. Fair play

You may not:

  • Cheat, use helper software or tools, or modify the app.
  • Collude with other players, share card information outside the game, or fix results.
  • Exploit bugs instead of reporting them.
  • Create multiple accounts to dodge penalties or farm rewards.
  • Repeatedly leave or deliberately disrupt matches.
  • Try to hack, overload or disrupt the Service or its servers.

3. Conduct and content (zero tolerance)

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. In chat, names, pictures and clubs you may not post: insults or profanity, harassment or bullying, hate speech, racism or sectarianism, sexual content, threats, scams, unauthorised advertising, or other people's personal data.

You can report any player or message, and block any player instantly, from inside the game. We review reports within 24 hours, remove offending content and act against the user who posted it. You're responsible for the content you post and grant us a licence to use it as needed to run the Service.

4. Virtual coins and items

  • In-game coins and items are a limited, revocable personal licence to use. They are not your property and are not money.
  • They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money or real goods, and coins can never be transferred between players. Gifts between players are cosmetic items only.
  • Selling, buying or trading them outside the app is prohibited.
  • AlQass has no betting, no gambling and no loot boxes, and you cannot win real money.
  • We may change prices, items and offers, and correct any balance resulting from an error or cheating.

5. Purchases and refunds

All purchases go through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are charged to your account there. Prices are shown in your local currency before you buy. Because items are digital and delivered immediately, refunds follow the policy of the store you bought from:

  • Google Play: from your order history in Google Play.
  • Apple: at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Pro subscription

  • Available monthly or yearly; the price is shown in the app before you subscribe.
  • Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Manage or cancel it in your Google Play or App Store account settings. Cancelling stops renewal; benefits continue until the end of the paid period.
  • Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription automatically.

7. Ads

The free version may show ads from third parties. We're not responsible for the content of advertised sites or products.

8. Intellectual property

The app, the website, their design, the AlQass name and logo, artwork, sounds and software belong to Rawaas LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for non-commercial purposes. Copying, modifying, reverse engineering or distributing it is prohibited.

9. Penalties and termination

If you break these terms we may, depending on severity: warn you, mute your chat, suspend or permanently ban your account, or remove coins and items obtained improperly, without compensation. You can appeal by emailing [email protected]. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes and availability

We may add, change or remove games and features, and maintenance may cause temporary outages. If we shut down the Service permanently, we'll announce it at least 30 days in advance.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under your local law.

12. Apple-specific terms

If you downloaded the app from the App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app, its maintenance, support or any claim relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Your use is also subject to the App Store Terms of Use.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date and tell you in the app before any material change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the changes.
