Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open AlQass and go to Profile.
2. Choose Settings, then Delete account.
3. Confirm.

Without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account", including your Player ID, or the email or sign-in method you use (Google or Apple). We may ask you to confirm you own the account.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, picture, bio and Player ID.
• Friends, clubs, messages, stats and achievements.
• Coins and in-game items. These can't be restored after deletion.

What we may keep, and why

• Purchase records that law or the app stores require us to keep for accounting, for up to 7 years.
• Reports and bans for serious violations, for up to 12 months, to protect other players.

We complete deletion within 30 days of confirming your request and email you when it's done.

Note: a Pro subscription is cancelled in Google Play or App Store settings. Deleting your account does not cancel it automatically.
